respawning? Empty respawning?

hello my characters doesn't respawn,many people said you must instal update.
but when i start up the game there is a kind of fault this is the tekst:
web :www.eurogunz.net www.eugunz.net.protect:hackers get ip block 2 yers!-run euro gunz programe updates 1 x par day.V5EURO.
i hope u all can some thing with this information.
